You will share this flat with 4 other students (on average).
Laundry room: Laundry facilities available in the building. Extra cost may apply (Usually around £2 per laundry).

Rooms are from £260 to £290 per week depending on the size and amenities.

Refund for Accommodation - Cancellation of bookings already made:
Less than 6 weeks before the start date: 0% refund
6 weeks or more before the start date: 100% refund, minus a £270 administration fee, a £65 enrollment fee, a £65 accommodation booking fee and £40 international transfer bank charges (if made to a non-UK bank account).

£80 One Way: the taxi driver will wait for you at the terminal and he/she will drive you straight to the homestay/residence
£150 Return: the taxi driver will wait for you at the terminal and he/she will drive you straight to the homestay/residence when you arrive. On your departure, a taxi will pick you up at the homestay or residence and will drop you off at the Airport.
